MDG Mass upload Custom DM - Overview

Hi all,

My requirement: Mass upload of custom data model fields(pricing)

I like to understand mass upload vai CR..

I did explore the options on DIF and MDG- Upload and Download options..

But I don't get the bigger picture in this..
