Creating a MDG CR from external non sap application

Hi,

Do we have any SAP Webservice interface that can used to create a change request in MDG and have MDG to go through approval processes.?

We are trying to create a customer from non sap application in MDG.

I found below webservice after searching through SCN however it has many fields in it and do anyone have created a change request successfully through this webservice interface If so please suggest what are the minimum fields that can be used to create a CR ?or any other interfaces that we can use?
